"I have walked myself into my best thoughts."

I love this quote from Søren Kierkegaard. Because it captures something that many of us know, but don’t make part of our practice - which is where walking coaching comes into its own.

You could sit in front of your screen and try thinking harder. For longer. With fewer interruptions.

Or you could take your thoughts for a walk with a skilled listener and see what new thinking and perspectives emerge.
